Yoga Clothes and Props
For those who may join the yoga class, it would be good to bring clothes that are easy to move in. We suggest long or short footless tights for women, bike shorts or yoga shorts for men, and a T-shirt or tank top.
If you have your own yoga gear
and are driving in, please bring a sticky mat, 3 blankets,
2 belts, 2 blocks and your yoga clothes. If you are
flying in, please bring a sticky mat if you have one.
We will have yoga gear on site for people who
would like to participate but do not own their own
gear. Please mark all of your props.
